Patients who have their prescriptions filled at the Hope Clinic can call ahead to get refills. It is recommended that refill requests be called in Wednesday – Saturday. Refills called in on Sunday are not guaranteed to be filled for Monday night pickup.
To qualify for care at the medical clinic you must be within 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and to qualify for the pharmacy you must be with 300%. Treatment at the clinic is held on Monday nights from 5 to 7 pm at 610 Central Center, Chillicothe. Previously eligibility was at 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
