Mental Health
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Sometimes you might think you are struggling alone, but that’s not true- many people have felt the same emotions you may be feeling. However, thoughts and feelings can get too overwhelming sometimes, especially if you have SUD and/or other mental health conditions. Your brain may be trying to convince you of something that isn’t true, but know that you have the power to stop it. If you need extra support with your mental health, we encourage you to reach out. If it’s an emergency, please visit our Get Help Now page.
