Core Needs
Core needs are basic necessities- things like food, clothing, healthcare, showers, etc., that everyone deserves access to. Having the ability to get these essentials is important for you and your loved ones’ health, both mentally and physically. If you are suffering from SUD, you may have trouble getting these basic needs met. Luckily, there are various places to reach out to if you need help. When you know you can turn someplace and always find a helping hand with core needs, other issues in your life may feel more manageable, which is why it’s important to focus on getting these needs met.
