With hope for the future while making time to take care of now

How the Hope Partnership Project (HPP) Works

The Hope Partnership Project Collaborative works to connect differing areas of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) operations and information by pulling in agencies, organizations, and community members into a unified forum. We offer formal and informal points of contact and speed-up critical SUD decision-making in our county as well as real-time information around services, care gaps and successful programs. The HPP sponsors and participates in multiple community events. We provide a ready coalition and advisory guidance for SUD grants purposes, as well.

The Hope Partnership Project Advisory Committee is a standing committee for the purpose of working with the HPP organizations and members as well as HPP-related grants. The committee advises on matters that directly concern the HPP programs, grants, and fundraising efforts. A paid HPP Coordinator ensures that day-to-day operations of collaboration take place for awareness, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The larger HPP Collaborative is a forum of over 60 organizations and 150 individuals, providing ongoing awareness and advocacy in the community. HPP Focus Groups are workgroups determined by the HPP Strategic Plan and meet at various times each month for project and activity oversight.
