If you don’t have a driver’s license, a vehicle or just reliable transportation in general, navigating the city and beyond can be very difficult. There are some places you may need to get to that are simply not walkable, which is why it’s important to have these resources in mind for when you do need transportation.
Ross County Community Action– Offers transportation to and from treatment related appointments
South Central Ohio Job and Family Services– Provides Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) for Medicaid eligible people
Ross County Health District-Offers a Mobility Management Program, which connects seniors, people with disabilities and low-income residents with available transportation in Ross County
Chillicothe Transit System (CTS)– Provides fare-free public transportation through the Chillicothe transit system, RossGO and On-Demand service
Ross County Veterans Service Office– No cost transportation for VA medical services for Ross County veterans
Seeds of Hope– Provides transportation services for those who qualify
Ross County Health District– Mobility Management Program to connect seniors, individuals with disabilities and low-income residents with available transportation
Cardinal Treatment Center– Provides confidential transportation from a client’s intake through duration of their treatment program
BestOhio’s WISE Pathways– A free career exploration course designed for women to explore non-traditional, in-demand jobs. Offers transportation when taking classes
Talbot Health Services– Offers transportation to their Toledo Women’s Residential Drug Treatment Center if needed
